A full house wash already includes a soft wash of the exterior windows and frames as standard. If you're already getting one done, you don't need to book this separately as well.
Ordinary tap water carries dissolved minerals that dry into the streaks and spots you get after a normal window clean. The water used in a WFP system is purified to remove those minerals first, so when it dries on the glass, there's nothing left behind to leave a mark. That's also why no detergent is needed, the brush and pure water lift the dirt, and the glass dries clean on its own.
